Warning: this is not dog-related. Brace yourself for the feline focus.

Venus was adopted five years ago from a dairy farm, and has become an internationally uber-famous kitty due to her striking looks. She even has a Gund stuffed animal made of herself!

Helping Newlyweds Ariel and Isaiah Find a Pup

Image

After getting married a few months ago, young Manhattan couple Ariel and Isaiah decided that they were ready to get a dog. They wanted a small/medium low-shedding pup, and luckily came to me for help!

At the same time that Ariel contacted me, I had gotten word of a Poodle mix puppy who needed a foster home within a few days! (Rescued by Angel Capone Rescue, based in CT).

Baby Miso the GoldenDoodle arrived early on a Saturday morning in early January from a shelter in Georgia. At first, he was thought to be a DoxiPoo (Dachshund/Poodle) but he seemed too large to be such a breed. One wonders how a designer breed like this would end up in a shelter; his rescuer thinks that he’s likely the result of a breeder who didn’t like his features (color, size, dimensions) … or something silly like that.

This lucky puppy found a wonderful foster home with Ariel and Isaiah, who adopted him just one week later! He will now live a spoiled life in downtown Manhattan, getting all the attention a dog could want.
